- Interpret, build upon, and ensure compliance with company policies and ISO standards
- Support and implement QSHE policies and procedures across all business areas, ensuring continual improvement.
- Conduct and lead internal and external audits to maintain QSHE compliance.
- Track, document, and report on QSHE objectives and KPIs.
- Analyse QSHE data to identify trends and effectiveness of improvements.
- Conduct risk assessments for all business activities and ensure compliance with waste management procedures.
- Provide QSHE training and support to departments, ensuring all personnel are aware of and adhere to health and safety requirements.
- NEBOSH, DSEAR, ATEX certification, or relevant ISO training/auditing experience.
- Extensive knowledge of QSHE management systems, processes, and risk management tools.
- Experience in Quality Assurance or Control within a manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to influence decision-makers and promote continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing a demanding workload.
