The School and Role

This welcoming, ‘Good’ rated primary school, based in Northampton are looking to appoint a passionate Inclusion Support Assistant to support the learning, development and wellbeing of individual students, small groups or whole classes.

You will be required to deliver targeted interventions, such as Phonics, Literacy or Maths as well as conduct assessments to identify learning needs and track students progress.

This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate, with potential to lead to a permanent role.

Requirements

The desired Teaching Assistant will have;

-        Experience of working with primary school aged children

-        Experience of working with pupils with SEND

-        A passion for the progress of primary school pupils

-        An ability to work as part of a team

-        Ability to foster strong relationships with students

-        Able to plan and deliver lessons (under the teachers direction)
