We're looking to recruit an Executive Talent Partner to join our RPO department and support our service delivery to a key client in the Global Engineering sector!
We're open to all UK-based workers with remote & hybrid working options available for this role.
In this dynamic role, you鈥檒l specialize in recruiting niche and specialist engineering roles for a key client with a global presence. You鈥檒l be working on high-impact projects, managing high-level client relationships, and providing valuable market insight.
What's an Executive Talent Partner?
An Executive Talent Partner is an experienced recruiter who is confident working as part of a skilled recruitment team, as well as building relationships with hiring managers. You鈥檒l have demonstrable experience of managing and shaping end-to-end recruitment processes and headhunting and sourcing for niche and specialist roles.
You'll be:
路 Managing the recruitment cycle for your own job requisitions
路 Working closely with your hiring managers to build successful relationships
路 Recruiting and sourcing for a variety of job roles
路 Utilising tools to understand and explore your market
路 Providing valuable market insight and analysis to inform hiring decisions and campaigns
路 Flexible in your ability to work with different clients depending on the requirements of the business
What are we looking for?
We鈥檙e looking for recruiters with industry specific experience who are keen to develop and grow within the business.
It's also essential that you:
路 Have excellent knowledge of different sourcing and headhunting strategies
路 Are proficient in building and managing stakeholder relationships
路 Can form part of a collaborative and highly specialist team
