Salary:£38,000 - £42,000

This is an ideal opportunity for a senior HR Advisor, keen to move to a?fast-paced?business.?The business is?in a great place, has a great culture and a hugely varied role.

The key focus of this HR Advisor role is to provide a full 360 HR service.

On a day to day basis as the HR Advisor you will -

  • Provide a full generalist HR service to the business

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and line managers

  • Provide advice, guidance and coaching to managers on following best practice, processes and procedures

  • Manage a range or ER / HR issues and cases - such as disciplinary, grievance, absence, lateness, performance

  • Keep up to date with employment legislation, implement any changes to policies and procedures as required

  • Learning and development, identify gaps in training and get involved in deleivery.

  • Analyse and compile management information

  • Contribute to the HR strategy

You will have worked in a fast environment and skilled in all generalist areas of HR.

As the HR Advisor you will need to demonstrate strong HR experience of hands on HR and ER advising, within a fast-paced environment.
