The key focus of this HR Advisor role is to provide a full 360 HR service.

On a day to day basis as the HR Advisor you will -

Provide a full generalist HR service to the business

Develop relationships with key stakeholders and line managers

Provide advice, guidance and coaching to managers on following best practice, processes and procedures

Manage a range or ER / HR issues and cases - such as disciplinary, grievance, absence, lateness, performance

Keep up to date with employment legislation, implement any changes to policies and procedures as required

Learning and development, identify gaps in training and get involved in deleivery.

Analyse and compile management information

Contribute to the HR strategy

You will have worked in a fast environment and skilled in all generalist areas of HR.

As the HR Advisor you will need to demonstrate strong HR experience of hands on HR and ER advising, within a fast-paced environment.
