We're looking for a regional recruitment lead to join our Angard Staffing Department to support with our service delivery to a key client - The Royal Mail Group!

Our Angard Staffing teams deliver a largest-of-kind flexible workforce solution to Royal Mail across the UK. Our teams are responsible for the full recruitment and hiring process for flexible resource requests across a range of business areas including delivery drivers, postal workers, and mail sorting operatives.

As a Regional Lead you'll be:

  • Managing candidate attraction activity against current and upcoming roles
  • Ensuring adherence to client agreed processes
  • Collaborating with Account Managers, Deployment, and Vetting teams to ensure effective management of priority vacancies and hot spots for the client
  • Managing and supporting junior recruiters and resourcers

What are we looking for?

  • Recruitment experience is essential for this role
  • The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of using different sourcing and attraction strategies to recruit for hard to fill roles or in difficult locations
  • You'll also need to be confident communicating across departments and working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team in order to ensure effective and efficient order fulfilment for the client

Please note, this is an office-based role, candidates must be prepared to work 5-days per week from the office.
