About the Role:
A leading UK manufacturer is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join their Sales & Marketing team. This role focuses on building strong relationships with clients, helping them leverage marketing tools, and ensuring they benefit from the company's full marketing offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support mutual business growth.
- Assist customers with marketing resources, including lead generation, promotional materials, and digital content.
- Provide training and system demos as needed.
- Tailor marketing strategies to meet each customer's unique needs.
- Monitor and track customer engagement with marketing efforts, and report on performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and communication with clients.
- Oversee the management of the marketing portal, ensuring content is up-to-date.
- Gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of the marketing offering.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or marketing.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to follow through on action plans.
- Comfortable analysing marketing performance data.
