- Coordinating across teams to deliver a seamless sales experience
- Maintaining regular, proactive contact with clients
- Presenting services to both existing and new prospects
- Accurately maintaining CRM records and sales reports
- Proven experience in IT sales, ideally within a Managed Services Provider (MSP).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you’re comfortable talking to everyone from IT Managers to CEOs.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects and deadlines with ease
- Confident working independently, but equally collaborative when it counts
- Highly organised, detail-focused and commercially aware
- Familiarity with CRM systems and a data-driven approach to managing pipelines
- A location within 20 miles of Northampton is ideal and you must drive and have your own car.Â
- £33,000–£38,000 basic salary, plus a rewarding commission structure
- 20 days annual leave, rising to 25 with service, plus bank holidays
