Role: 1st Line Support Engineer
Salary: £25,000-£28,000 per annum + benefits
Location: Northampton
We are currently recruiting for a 1st Line Support Engineer for a large client of ours based in Northampton. You will be working in the 1st Line team and will be responsible for resolving tickets, ideally at first resolution. You will be a point of contact for the main Service Desk Team supporting the workshop, Field, 2nd line & 3rd line teams during day-to-day operation.
Skills and experience required
- Previous experience in an IT helpdesk support role
- Knowledge and experience of various IT systems
- Experience with Microsoft systems/applications (Windows 10, MS Office, O365 Windows Server etc)
- Experience in setting up and supporting of mobile devices
- Experience of working with Azure
- Previous experience working within IT Service environments.
