The HGV Technician position offers a basic salary of £49,500 per annum with an on-target earnings (OTE) of over £55,000.
Candidates are required to have prior experience in a dealership or fleet maintenance environment.
The role involves routine vehicle maintenance to DVSA standards and preparation of vehicles for MOT inspection.
A Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualification is necessary, and an HGV license is advantageous.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 00:00, with overtime paid at time and a half.

HGV Technician Job Details
Basic Salary: £49,500pa

For the HGV Technician role you will need to have prior experience working within a dealership or fleet maintenance environment.

All over time after contracted hours are at time and a half.

Responsibilities of an HGV Technician
·Routine vehicle maintenance to DVSA standards.
·Preparation and presentation of vehicles and trailers for MOT inspection.
·Diagnosing of vehicles diagnostic equipment.
·Good housekeeping and H&S requirements.
·Ensure all paperwork is completed.

Skills and Qualifications of an HGV Technician
·Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician
·HGV licence is an advantage
