Assembly Supervisor Required!
BE Recruitment are currently working with a manufacturing company in NN5 area, who are looking for an experienced Assembly Supervisor to join their team.
You'll be responsible for coordinating daily work flow, ensuring timely dispatch of orders, and maintaining team performance and safety standards.
Key duties include:
- Overseeing assembly output and ensuring all work is completed and dispatched on time
- Managing team schedules, holidays, and overtime
- Allocating tasks based on skills and production needs
- Promoting safe and efficient working practices
- Supporting team development and preparing future leaders
- Monitoring performance and aligning with production targets
Working shifts and pay:
- 07:00 - 15:30 Monday to Thursday / 07.00 - 15:00 Friday
- 15.00 - 16.00 per hour
Requirements & Experience:
- Experience in engineering/assembly environment
- Experience in supervision/team leading
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving attitude
- Experience in an assembly position would be advantageous
