We are seeking an Engineering Team Leader for our manufacturing business located in Northampton.
The position offers a salary ranging from £60,000 to £70,000 per annum and requires candidates to have experience in a supervisory or Team Leader role.

The Engineering Team Leader will be:

- leading the maintenance team

- managing day to day maintenance and operational support of the production area

- Hands on as and when necessary

- Involved with continuous improvement

Candidate

- Experience within a supervisor or Team Leader position

- a strategic approach

- experience of working within a food/beverage or FMCG background.
