Job Title:Senior Production Engineer / CAD CAM Programmer

Our client is a leader in the manufacturing industry, specializing in cutting-edge technology and innovation. We are looking for a motivated Senior Production / CADCAM Engineer to join the team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop CNC Programs for 4 & 5 axis machines, Multi-Axis Turn-Mills using Siemens NX & Vericut and Create CNC Grinding Programs for various grinding machines.
- Manage New Part Introduction for prototype and production projects.
- Define manufacturing routings and BOM using SAP ERP.
- Design fixtures and tooling for NPI projects.
- Support departmental training and progression.
- Estimate production times and costs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities
Candidate Profile:
- Machining/programming complex components in the Automotive/Aerospace industry.
- NX CAD/CAM system.
- Vericut
- SAP ERP
- Engineering Qualification (HNC or higher).
- Machining/cutting and inspection techniques.
