Location: Northampton, Grange Park - NN4
Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7 (AM or PM shifts)
Shifts Available:

  • AM Shift: 06:00 - 14:00

  • PM Shift: 14:00 - 22:00

Pay Rates:

  • AM Shift:

    • Mon-Fri: 12.57 p/h | Sat-Sun: 13.57 p/h

    • Overtime: Mon-Fri: 15.71 p/h | Sat-Sun: 16.71 p/h

  • PM Shift:

    • Mon-Fri: 14.22 p/h | Sat-Sun: 15.22 p/h

    • Overtime: Mon-Fri: 17.36 p/h | Sat-Sun: 18.36 p/h

Omnia Resourcing are recruiting Stock Control Operatives to join a busy Distribution Centre in Grange Park, Northampton (NN4). This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern, fast-paced warehouse environment with excellent long-term prospects.

Key Responsibilities as Stock Control Operative:

  • Carry out stock control and inventory checks across warehouse areas.

  • Use PDA scanners to record and update stock information accurately.

  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies efficiently.

  • Support warehouse operations by ensuring stock accuracy and smooth workflow.

  • Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organisation.

Requirements for the Stock Control Operative role:

  • Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).

  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to use a PDA scanner (experience preferred).

  • Previous experience in stock control or inventory is desirable.

  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
