Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

We are looking for community-focused and compassionate Resident Liaison Officers to join the Asset Management team of a Housing Association in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving homes and lives across neighbourhoods.

Key Responsibilities of an RLO:
  • Act as the main point of contact for residents before, during, and after improvement works in their homes.
  • Organise and deliver resident consultations, property inductions and community engagement events.
  • Ensure clear and timely communication with residents, housing officers, community groups, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage the full customer journey, capturing and reporting on feedback to improve service delivery and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with residents from all backgrounds.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • A strong commitment to excellent customer service and understanding of social housing and GDPR compliance.
