Family Law Solicitor - Northampton1+ PQE | Up to Senior Associate Level | £45,000+

We’re supporting our client, a well-established and highly regarded firm, in their search for a Family Law Solicitor to join their expert team based in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with at least 1 year PQE, right up to Senior Associate level.

You’ll be joining a team known across the county for its outstanding reputation and client care, with the largest Legal 500-recognised family law team in Northamptonshire. Whether you're building your career or looking for a new senior-level challenge, you’ll find your voice is heard here, and your development genuinely supported.

What You’ll Be Doing:You’ll manage a varied caseload of family matters, handling cases from initial instruction through to resolution. Depending on your level, there will also be opportunities to mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the department.

Typical matters will include:

  • Divorce and separation

  • Financial remedy and property matters

  • Children arrangements and disputes

  • Trusts of Land (TOLATA)

  • Pre- and post-nuptial agreements

  • Cohabitation agreements

  • Non-molestation and other protective orders

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified solicitor with at least 1 year PQE in family law

  • Strong technical ability and experience running your own caseload

  • A confident, proactive approach with excellent client care skills

  • Willingness to support and mentor colleagues (for senior applicants)
