Our client, based in Northampton are seeking a motivated and experienced Legal Conveyancing Case Handler to join their team. As a Case Handler, you will play a crucial role in managing the conveyancing process for a variety of property transactions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough reviews of legal documents and contracts related to property transactions.
  • Managing all aspects of the conveyancing process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and efficient property transactions.
  • Drafting legal documents and agreements, including contracts for sale, leases, and transfer deeds.
  • Conducting property searches and investigations to identify any potential legal issues or concerns.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Managing and organizing case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in handling conveyancing cases within the UK legal system.
  • Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures in the United Kingdom.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in document preparation and review.
  • Organizational skills to effectively manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in using relevant legal software and technology for case management.
