  • Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Deeds of variation
  • Probate matters (to include tax and trusts and complex estate accounts)
  • Dealing with elderly clients and mental health matters
  • Court of Protection and Public Guardian matters
  • Dealing with discretionary and nil rate band trusts
  • Undertaking home, hospital and residential care home visits
