Paralegal. Telecoms Team

c£26,000 Northampton, Northamptonshire

My client, an Award winning B Corp Certified Law Practice are recruiting a Paralegal to join their Residential Conveyancing Team. The successful candidate is likely to have a Professional Legal Qualification ( Law Degree / Paralegal . Residential property experience with freehold and leasehold residential property and plot sales is desirable.

Responsibilities include:

  • Review and advise on title, searches and supporting documents
  • Raise and reply to enquiries and liaise with senior lawyers as required
  • Prepare contract documentation including title documents from Land Registry
  • Preparing Mortgage reports
  • Deal with exchange of contracts & completions
  • Deal with SDLT / LTT and HMLR applications post completion
  • Provide a professional and proactive service to clients, to include occasional client meetings and training.
  • Compose clear and concise day to day correspondence (telephone, emails and letter) with clients and lawyers.
  • Attend and participate in marketing events as required.
