We are recruiting for an Fleet Specialist for an immediate startShift & Pay Details:Salary: £14.14 per hourWorking Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30Location: NN4, BrackmillsDuration: 10 weeks Temp to Perm Key Responsibilities:* Maintain and repair vehicles in the warehouse or field.* Perform efficient battery swaps to keep vehicles available for users.* Diagnose issues and suggest repairs for non-functioning vehicles.* Clean vehicles before deploying them.* Recycle or disassemble vehicles that can't be repaired.* Help with receiving, packing, and deploying vehicles and batteries.* Follow Health & Safety procedures.* Ensure high standards by fixing damaged vehicles, tidying parking spots, and re balancing wrongly parked vehicles.* Transport vehicles and batteries between the warehouse and streets efficiently.* Re balance vehicles from low-demand to high-demand areas.* Be respectful, helpful, and professional with the public and coworkers.Qualifications & Skills:* Previous work experience required.* Basic knowledge of digital tools (apps, Slack, Gmail).* Fluent in either the local language or English.* Ability to work daytime and evening shifts.* Must have a valid UK driving license (max 6 minor points, no major offences).* Must be over 21 and have held the license for at least 12 months (required for e-Van insurance).The role is 10 weeks temp to perm.
