Scheduling Coordinator

Location - Burton Latimer

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing engineer appointments and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the engineering team. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule jobs for engineers based on availability and customer requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding appointment scheduling.
  • Organise engineer schedules and ensure timely communication of job details.
  • Contact customers to confirm and update appointment details.
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments and job progress in the scheduling system.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve scheduling conflicts or urgent requests.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Previous experience in a scheduling or coordination role (preferred).
