Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of drivers and transport operatives to deliver excellent service standards
  • Ensure all transport operations run smoothly and efficiently during your shift
  • Maintain compliance with transport legislation and company procedures
  • Manage vehicle availability, driver performance, and daily planning activities
  • Liaise with warehouse, planning, and customer service teams to resolve issues and ensure on-time deliveries
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience in a transport or logistics supervisory role
  • Strong people management and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of transport compliance and health & safety regulations
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a time-critical environment
  • IT literate with experience using transport management systems (TMS)
