We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our client and contribute to their success in delivering exceptional service to their customers.

We are working in partnership with leading pharmaceutical firm to supply Logistics staff to their National Distribution Centre.

Having strong relationships with their main customer group, the National Health Service (NHS), and many of their products are used daily in hospitals across the UK.

We are looking to work with individuals who are serious about a long-term opportunity and can ensure their commitment to this assignment.

In this Warehouse Administrator role you will need to be able to do the following.

  • Work either of the shifts above.
  • Have a good eye for detail and be able to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Have previous experience in Warehouse Admin or Quality Control roles.
  • Work in a fast paced environment.
  • Use Word, Excel and Windows packages.
  • Be looking for long term ongoing work.

Duties to include:

  • Checking orders, products codes, descriptions, batch numbers, expiry dates and quantities.
  • Checking order labels and dispatch labels.
  • Accurately recording data.
  • Complete Error logs on the internal system.
  • Prepare reports.
  • Undertake additional duties such as picking orders, preparing packaging and wrapping pallets.
  • Using a hand scanner to ensure correct stock is dispatched to the correct customer.
