Role: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Northampton
Shifts: Monday to Friday Days Only (40 hour week)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE)

With some grand projects under way looking at automating more of their processes this is a great time to join the business as you will be key in helping facilitate the growth of the business and get a chance to work with some brand new state of the art machinery!

The Role:
The Role of Maintenance Engineer will include:
- Reactive and Planned Maintenance on all of the automated production machinery Including Robotics, Conveyors, Injector Machines, Hydraulic and Pneumatic machinery
- Fault Finding Electrically working in Panels, using a Multimeter and reading diagrams. Swapping out Contactors, Relays, Sensors, Invertors, Three Phase Motors,
- Mechanically working with: Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems, Bearings, Rollers, Belts, Chains, Pulleys, Gearboxes
- Working within a team of Engineers, helping support team members with areas of maintenance they aren’t well versed in.
- Coming up with process improvement ideas to reduce waste, improve efficiency.
The Candidate:
The right candidate for the role of Maintenance Engineer will be/have the following:
- A recognised Engineering Qualification
- Experience Fault Finding Electrically on Three Phase systems in a factory setting and able to confidently work in a panel
- Be able to Fault Find and swap out mechanical components like Bearings, Belts, Rollers, Gearboxes, Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems
- Have an eye for Continuous improvement
- Have an interest in Automation
- Be able to work well within a team and be happy to share knowledge with colleagues
