Location: Bugbrooke, Northamptonshire
Salary: £42,000–£44,000 per annum (OTE £48,000–£50,000)
Hours: Monday–Friday | 07:30–17:30 + Overtime (paid at 1.5x)

- Electrical fault finding and repairs on production machinery
- Carrying out planned and preventative electrical maintenance
- Supporting mechanical tasks when required
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies
- Working closely with the Engineering Manager to maintain smooth plant operations
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Maintenance Engineer in food manufacturing, cold storage, or similar environments
- Strong electrical skill set with relevant certifications (NVQ / City & Guilds)
- Knowledge of PLCs, motors, sensors, and electrical control systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Mechanical knowledge is an advantage
