We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and transform the engineering function at a fast-paced food manufacturing site. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for shaping and delivering the site's engineering strategy, ensuring world-class reliability, safety, and efficiency.
The Role
As Engineering Manager, you will:
路Set and deliver the site's engineering strategy in line with business objectives.
路Lead, inspire, and develop engineering teams to achieve operational excellence.
路Drive continuous improvement through Lean, TPM, and reliability engineering practices.
路Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, environmental, and food safety standards.
路Oversee site utilities, compliance, and services management.
路Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Quality, and Supply Chain to align priorities.
路Build future capability, embedding new ways of working across Engineering and Operations.
What We're Looking For
路10+ years' engineering experience, with 5+ in senior leadership within FMCG or food manufacturing.
路Strong knowledge of reliability engineering, asset care, and CI methodologies.
路Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
路Financial and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and suppliers.
路High integrity, with a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and quality.
