Job Description:
We are looking for a Controls Engineer to support a 6-month contract. You will be working on the commissioning of automated systems using Siemens S7 and TIA Portal.
The role involves PLC programming, I/O testing, HMI configuration and commissioning of control systems used in warehouse automation or baggage handling.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience with Siemens S7 and TIA Portal
- Able to carry out PLC programming, I/O checks and HMI setup
- Familiar with Profinet and other industrial networks
- Experience in warehouse automation or material handling preferred
- Must be able to work full-time on site in Northampton
