We are seeking an experienced Interim Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day FM operations for our client in Northampton. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee facilities services and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Manage contractors and service providers, ensuring quality and cost efficiency
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, delivering excellent communication and service
- Support planned and reactive maintenance across the site
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities management
- Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under time constraints
This is an interim position for an initial period of 3 months, with the potential for extension.
