About the Role: Are you a passionate and self-motivated marketer with a knack for digital marketing? Join our dynamic team at Reed Talent Solutions! As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to implement and execute our marketing strategy, driving customer acquisition and retention for our Digital Transformation and Change product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to deliver the RTS marketing strategy.
  • Lead and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns for Digital Transformation and Change services.
  • Empower stakeholders with tailored channel marketing, including email sequences, newsletters, and social media.
  • Track and report on marketing campaigns and product launches to boost brand awareness.
  • Monitor lead generation, ensuring timely prioritisation of high-intent Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Plan and represent RTS at exhibitions, summits, and virtual events.
  • Drive the social media plan, working with the Content and Demand team to deliver and track performance.
  • Utilise tools like HubSpot for sales documentation, sequences, landing pages, and event tracking.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across RTS and the wider business.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and competitor activities.
