About Us:

We are excited to announce a "top drawer" opportunity to join our first UK-based marketing team in the heart of Northamptonshire. If you are passionate about Digital Marketing and eager to support our Head of Marketing in creating and growing our campaigns, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • 360 Campaigns: Manage newsletters, social media, publications, market research, lead generation, and content creation.
  • Keyword Research: Identify high-traffic keywords for various markets and audiences.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, optimise, create, and execute campaigns across international markets (excluding USA).
  • Asset Creation: Design corporate assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Implementation: Schedule and launch social media, website, and digital campaigns.
  • Performance Measurement: Track ROIs, CTAs, gated content, traffic, and conversions.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct tests to optimise ad copy, keywords, and targeting strategies.
  • Analytics & Competitive Analysis: Report on and optimise campaign performance, and analyse competitor campaigns.
  • Commercial Awareness: Present data-backed business cases to improve efficiency and drive customer acquisition.
  • Growth Contribution: Help achieve acquisition, revenue, and customer LTV targets.
  • Process Development: Build and refine efficient workflows.
  • Branding: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate strategies, techniques, and results to stakeholders.

About You:

  • Proven track record in marketing campaigns (agency or in-house).
  • Experience with multilingual ad campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Highly numerate and data-driven.
  • Excellent stakeholder management.
  • Proficient in digital analytics tools (GA4, Google Looker, HubSpot, SEMrush).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Supportive team player, willing to cover for colleagues as needed.
