You will be required to follow up on social-media enquiries, reconnect with lapsed customers and manage automated chat processes to nurture leads and generate repeat business.Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up promptly on enquiries from social-media platforms
  • Contact existing database members to promote and sell online courses
  • Re-engage lapsed customers to encourage repeat enrolments and upsells
  • Set up and configure automated chat flows and lead-capture bots
  • Monitor incoming messages and respond in a warm, engaging manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales outcomes and follow-up actions
  • Track performance metrics (response times, conversion rates, repeat-business rates)

  • Naturally warm communicator who builds rapport easily
  • Comfortable making calls and online outreach, with a genuine drive to achieve targets
  • Able to set up and manage chat-automation tools, desirable
