Key Responsibilities:

- Lead projects through all RIBA stages, from inception to completion.

- Translate client needs into project concepts effectively.

- Conduct site assessments for design feasibility.

- Utilize innovative design for tailored project solutions.

- Produce detailed technical drawings and documents with a strong grasp of construction technology.

- Prepare planning packs aligning with planning policies for submission.

- Ensure compliance with building regulations and industry standards.

- Efficiently manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines.

- Collaborate with teams, consultants, and contractors for project success.
