Key Responsibilities:
路 Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director.
路 Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate.
路 Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
路 Organize and maintain office files and records.
路 Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
路 Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
路 Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
路 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
路 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
路 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
