A well-established and highly successful Estate Agency in Northampton is looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join their in-branch team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced, supportive environment where quality leads are never in short supply. The agency currently handles 30% of all property sales in Northampton, ensuring a consistent and high-quality lead flow to help you succeed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 12 months of experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor

• Proven track record of advising in a busy, client-facing environment

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified

• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills

• Self-motivated, professional, and results-driven
