Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join our team. This role involves working across a variety of settings, providing essential care to patients, and helping them regain independence in daily activities.
Key Responsibilities-
Assess, plan, and deliver personalised occupational therapy interventions

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans

Support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with professional standards

Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage a varied caseload and work autonomously

Commitment to ongoing professional development
