Office Administrator

Salary: £12.21 per hour/ £25,396.80 per annum

Match Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Northampton. Since the pandemic they’ve only become busier. You’ll be joining a business with a strong and stable business model. This role is 100% administration based, with no customer support telephone work. This role is mainly data entry based with a lot of repetition, so if you’re an experienced administrator with an excellent eye for detail and proficient IT skills - please apply today!

Role purpose:

  • Ensure all orders are processed in an accurate, timely, efficient and organised manner.
  • To monitor and manage the daily workload for the department.
  • Produce daily reports on the previous days batched and failed deliveries.
  • Monitor and record department KPIs regularly.
  • Input consignment numbers and complete weekly spreadsheets as needed.
  • Compile monthly operations report spreadsheets.
  • Monitor email inbox, completing all relevant actions as needed.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Produce reports as needed to assist the Management Team.
  • Coordination and organisation of daily workflow within the remit of responsibility and under the supervision of the Lead and Senior Advisors.
  • Ensure that communication is clear and concise and that communication links are maintained within and between departments.
  • General query management - ensure that any queries are processed using the correct procedure and escalated correctly with a full audit trail.
