OurclienthasavacancyforaPostCompletionAssistanttojointheirwell-establishedResidentialConveyancingTeam.AsaPostCompletionAssistant,youwillplayapivotalroleinprovidingexceptionalsupporttotheirbusyteam,ensuringunparalleledlevelsofclientservice.

Thisroleiscrucialtothesuccessoftheirexperiencedteamwhohaveademandingworkload.Thismeansthatyoumustbeabletohandlepressureandbeabletoprioritiseyourdailyworkload.

Theroleisparttime,office-based.

KeyResponsibilitiesofthisrole:

Theroleisprimarilypostcompletion,submittingSDLTapplications,registrations,complyingwithlenderportalrequirements,answeringlandregistryrequisitionsandensuringourschedulingandfileclosureproceduresarefollowed.Thisisaverybusyandfast-pacedrolerequiringasuperorganisedperson.

Attentiontodetail,alongwithaprofessionalandattentivetelephonemannerandamethodicalapproachtowork,whichneedstobecompletedunderstrictdeadlines,arealsovitalforthisrole.

Additionalrequirementsofthisrole:

  • Ifnecessaryattendingtoclients,estateagents,solicitors,intermediariesandother3rdpartiesbothonthetelephone/emailandinpersonwhererequestedtoprovideupdatesandgeneraladviceregardingpostcompletionmatter
  • PreparingworkasrequestedbyanyConveyancingfeeearnerstowhomyoureporttoonpostcompletionwork
  • ThroughtheoperationoftheCaseManagementsystemmanagingthetasks/diarymanagementforthepostcompletionwork
  • UpdatingtheLandRegistryandvariouslenderonlineportals
  • Schedulingdeedstoclients/lenders
  • Filingofpapersandothergeneraladministrativeduties.

Itisessentialthatyouareabletodemonstrateatleast1yearofpreviousexperienceandknowledgeofworkinginaPostCompletionroleinaResidentialConveyancingDepartmentandthatyouhavetheskillsrequiredtoundertakethisrole.
