Remote/Office based: Fully Remote

Responsibilities

Knowledge and understanding of tribunal processes.
Manage and oversee cases where parents or young people appeal Education, Health and Care (EHC) plan decisions.
Prepare and coordinate legal responses to tribunal appeals (e.g. refusal to assess, refusal to issue an EHC plan, placement disputes).
Track case progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Collate evidence and attend hearings.
Experience of attending hearings.
