Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Compliance Administrator on a temporary basis, for a social housing provider.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Compliance Administrator:
- Handling both inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Provide general administrative support across operational and customer service teams.
- Manage documentation, data entry, and internal system updates to maintain compliance.
- Prepare agendas, collate meeting papers, take minutes, note action points.
- Promoting good relations with clients.
Essential Requirements of the Compliance Administrator:
- Previous repairs administration experience
