We are looking for a passionate Primary School Teacher to join our vibrant team in Northampton. This role is perfect for someone who is dedicated to nurturing young minds and providing high-quality education to children at the primary level.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and educational lessons that adhere to the national curriculum.
- Foster a positive learning environment in the classroom that promotes enthusiasm for learning among students.
- Assess and record students' progress, preparing reports and communicating results to parents and school management.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational environment and develop new teaching materials and programs.
- Participate in school events, outings, and activities, which may occasionally take place outside regular school hours.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be a qualified teacher with a valid teaching certification.
- Experience in teaching at the primary school level is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the primary education curriculum and teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and a proactive approach to learning new teaching strategies.
