Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000 + incentives throughout the year

The role of the Contracts Sales Manager – Flat Roofing Services will involve:
- Field sales position selling flat roof waterproofing inspection services
- Covering all aspects of design, application, training, monitoring, recording & reporting
- All of your time will be spent selling to manufacturers, FM companies, specialist applicators, structural design engineers, contractors and end users
- Turnover will be determined by your experience
- There is an extensive contact list for you to go after however will be spending the majority of the time generating new business
- Will involve occasional overnight stays
The ideal applicant will be an Contracts Sales Manager – Flat Roofing Services with:
- Must have construction field sale experience ideally in selling services
- Would consider a product led sales professionals
- Ideally knowledge of roofing / waterproofing however not essential
- Ideally dealing with manufacturers, FM companies, specialist applicators, structural design engineers, contractors and end users
- Technically capable and IT literate
- Driven, hungry sales person
