You'll be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
What you'll be doing:
Leading and managing all aspects of the 30m hospital project in Northampton.
Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Managing project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Maintaining strong client relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.
Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
Reporting on project performance to senior management.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a Project Manager on substantial construction projects, ideally within the healthcare or public sector.
Demonstrable experience delivering projects of similar value (20m+).
A strong understanding of all stages of the construction lifecycle.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to health and safety best practices.
Relevant construction qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND, Degree in Construction Management).
SMSTS and CSCS Black Card are essential.
