The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work as part of a well-established, multidisciplinary team delivering innovative projects across the Residential, Industrial (Sheds), Commercial, Retail, Mixed-Use, and Data Centre sectors.

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be involved in both pre and post contract stages, liaising directly with clients and stakeholders. Working under the guidance of senior colleagues, the Project Quantity Surveyor will have a clear route to career progression, APC support, and the chance to develop their technical and leadership capabilities.

The Project Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

  • A RICS-accredited degree qualification is essential
  • Actively working towards MRICS or recently chartered
  • Previous consultancy experience in the UK is essential
  • Solid pre and post contract experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
