My client is a leading housebuilder, operating in the Northamptonshire and Warwickshire areas. They are undergoing a period of planned growth, and this has created the need to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to their Commercial Team.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, this individual will possess an ambitious and positive mindset, working effectively within teams across the business, and be responsible for supervising, managing, and advising on the financial and contractual aspects of multiple schemes.
