Known for their strong client service and professional standards, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Client Care Manager to support their continued growth.

Role Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for a client-focused professional with a solid background in conveyancing. The role involves managing the client experience throughout the conveyancing journey, ensuring a high standard of communication, care, and service from instruction through to completion.

You will work closely with the legal team to proactively address client needs, manage expectations, and help the firm maintain its strong reputation for customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Ensure timely, clear, and professional communication with clients at all stages.
  • Collaborate with conveyancers and support staff to ensure smooth file progression.
  • Address client queries and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
  • Monitor client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of client care practices.
  • Assist with training and supporting junior team members in delivering client service.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and internal procedures.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a conveyancing role (e.g. client care, legal assistant, case handler, or similar).
  • Strong working knowledge of the UK residential conveyancing process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Client-focused with a high degree of empathy and professionalism.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • Familiarity with case management systems (desirable but not essential).
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a desire to add value to the client journey.
