Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Northamptonshire Partnership Homes for a Recruitment Administrator to manage all process's relating to recruitment, onboarding and exits.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage all administrative tasks relating to recruitment, onboarding and exits
  • Run the recruitment process including drafting offer/rejection letters, contracts of employment, liaising with candidates and recruiting managers, ensure all system actions have been completed and that the successful candidate has a smooth transition.
  • Manage new starter checklists including ensuring proof that new starters have the right to work in the UK and collate necessary information for payroll registration (P45/HMRC Starter Checklist, NI, bank account details
  • Prepare welcome packs and induction for each new starter)
  • Liaise with HR Advisor to ensure all staff are correctly added to iTrent system
  • Independently manage the Exit process, arrange exit questionnaires; ensure leaver checklists are completed and returned, along with individuals' building passes quipment and clothing
