About the Role:Robert Half is proud to represent a well-established client in Northamptonshire seeking an experienced Finance Coordinator. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where you'll be at the heart of managing stock, coordinating transport, and ensuring financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock Management: Monitor and receipt stock into external coldstores, ensuring everything is accurate.
  • Invoice Processing: Process supplier invoices against orders
  • Transport Coordination: Arrange transport from depot to customers, ensuring seamless sales and invoicing.
  • Cost Accrual: Accrue transport costs when arranging shipments to customers.
  • Stock Discrepancies: Assist the Team Leader with weekly stock discrepancies, investigating and correcting variances (weights/quantities).
  • Direct Delivery Orders:
    • Log purchases into banking system
    • Complete sales to generate invoices for customers
    • Process supplier invoices against intake
    • Raise and log customer claims, coordinating with Sales for credit note approval
  • System & Paperwork Accuracy: Ensure finance system is accurate and maintain complete, electronically filed paperwork.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Provide cover across the department as required and support with non-conformance reporting.
