As a Geography Teacher, you'll do more than deliver lessons - you'll open minds, spark curiosity, and help students see the bigger picture. From tectonic plates to globalisation, you'll bring the subject to life and help young people understand the world around them - and their role in it.

What you'll be doing:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned geography lessons to KS3 and KS4 (with KS5 available in some schools)
  • Inspiring students to explore topics like sustainability, physical landscapes, and human impact on the planet
  • Monitoring student progress, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting achievement
  • Contributing to a collaborative and committed humanities team
  • Bringing energy, creativity, and structure to the classroom every day

This could be the role for you if:

  • You hold QTS (or will achieve it by September 2025)
  • You have a genuine passion for geography and education
  • You're confident managing behaviour and building positive relationships with students
  • You're reflective, adaptable, and always looking to grow as a teacher
  • You want to be part of a school where learning and wellbeing go hand in hand

What we offer:

  • Competitive pay and weekly salary options
  • Full-time roles with potential for permanent contracts in thriving local schools
  • Access to over 2,500 CPD courses through our exclusive partnership with the National College
  • A dedicated consultant who supports you, checks in regularly, and matches you with roles where you can thrive
  • Opportunities to work in schools that value professional development, inclusion, and innovation

Whether you're an experienced teacher or just starting out, if you're excited about bringing geography to life and making a lasting impact in the classroom, we'd love to hear from you.
