Secondary Supply Teachers

About the RoleDunbar Education is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to work across a variety of schools in Northamptonshire and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified teachers who enjoy variety, want to expand their experience, or prefer the flexibility that supply work offers.

You'll be delivering engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 and/or Key Stage 4, following lesson plans where provided, and maintaining a positive, productive learning environment in line with each school's policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons in line with the national curriculum

• Adapt teaching to suit different abilities and year groups

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively

• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff

• Follow safeguarding procedures and maintain a safe learning environment

About You

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience teaching in UK secondary schools (any subject specialism welcome)

• Strong classroom management skills

• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments

• A flexible and proactive approach

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
