Supporting across Key Stage 3 and 4, you will plan and deliver targeted small-group activities, provide one-to-one support, and work collaboratively with class teachers and parents to help every child achieve their potential. Requirements
You will only be considered if you meet the following essential criteria:

• Proven experience working in a UK school setting

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent qualifications/GCSEs in English & Maths)

• Ability to work flexibly, adapt to changing needs, and collaborate with teaching staff

• A passion for nurturing young learners and helping them reach their full potential
