Assessor- Adult Care / Health Care Worker
Location: Northampton
Salary: 拢26,500 - 拢30,000 per annum Car/ Car Allowance
Hours: Full Time- Monday to Friday
Type: Permanent
Imperial Professionals are delighted to announce we are working with a national Training Provider for the supply of an Adult Care Assessor
Responsibilities:
路 Deliver timely full framework apprenticeships including Functional skills
路 Set and monitor training targets that link on and off the job training
路 Act as a client liaison to support client programme development
路 Adhere to OFSTED requirements
路 Manage your diary effectively to ensure all apprentices are seen on a 4-week basis
路 Organise and maintain documentation to demonstrate the progress apprentices are making
路 Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner鈥檚 needs
路 Advise and guide learners to make informed choices in relation to their future development, including further qualifications and career progression
路 To attend standisation & team meetings
Requirements:
路 Have minimum 2 years relevant occupational experience in Adult Care / Health Care Worker
路 Have a drive and passion for delivering timely quality provision
路 Have previous experience of motivating and engaging curriculum delivery and a track record of successful learner outcomes
路 Hold an A1/CAVA
路 Hold (or be working to) a V1/IQA or equivalent qualification (desirable)
路 UK Driving License
